Yes. At ICTC we customize the courses to suit your business needs. We want to ensure that all of your companies needs are met and you do not get training that does not have a thing to do with your organization.
Once a date is set for your needs-assessment, we will conduct an online meeting with your team and verify what the needs for your company.
Yes. All of our customized training can be done fully in a virtual environment. This is perfect for remote teams or work-from-home employees. We bring fully interactive training to a virtual environment, customized to your specific needs.
We can provide training at a place and time most convenient for your team. We can deliver at your place of business or offsite at a venue of your choosing. However due to Covid-19 situation, onsite training isn’t recommended at this time.
Once we have confirmed your booking we will send you an invoice. You can pay by cheque or via an Online Bank Transfer.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule training, you must inform E-Learning Services by emailing elearning@ictc.edu.tt at least 6 business days in advance of the start date, and we will gladly reschedule or refund your training. If you cancel between 5 and 1 business days prior to the training start date, you will forfeit 50% of your course fee. If you fail to attend without informing E-Learning services in advance, then 100% of your course fee will be charged. If E-Learning Services cancels or reschedules a class, we will provide at least 3 business days’ notice to students and will not charge fees for the original class and/or work with students to schedule the class for a mutually acceptable date.
Please note: The Mobilization Fee is non-refundable.
Yes. Both digital and physical certificates are provided upon conclusion with the training.
Yes. The classes are recorded and is usually posted within 24 Hours
Yes. ICTC is committed to serving our clients and working around schedules. We require a minimum of 10 students to offer courses on weekends or afternoons (6pm-9pm)
