The ICTC Computer Skills for the Workplace course focuses on using fundamental Microsoft applications and operating software on the computer. This is a practical course with an emphasis on utilizing and navigating popular applications and the internet.

In our first lesson, we'll examine how companies set up and use technology solutions. Then we'll take a close look at some of the components of those solutions. ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Learners should be age 16 or over and must have a basic understanding of Maths, English, and ICT.
Minimum education
Open entry. Previous schooling and academic achievements are not required for entry into this course.
Students must have access to a computer and internet

Desktop computer or Laptop
Operating System Windows 10
High-Speed Internet (Hotspots are not recommended)
Webcam and Microphone (built-in or external)
All other Software will be provided by ICTC
ASSESSMENT AND AWARD
Students are required to complete a series of challenges (assignments)
Upon completion of this course, students will be awarded an ICTC Certificate of Completion
